I am going to add both of these feats to your Wish List on PC page so they can be seen at a glance :)

I did this so you can look ahead at what features you will be getting and it might have some roleplaying ideas in the description.

You could have prepared 4, and now it is 5 :)

After a long rest you are free to change the ones prepared, but also remember to tick a couple of extra ;) (I think you were looking at spell slots rather than how many spells you can prepare ;)).

I have chosen you list that I think suits an Authority cleric/inquisitor. Having 2nd level spells will be cool :)

Take a look. If you want any changes, I need to know ASAP. I go to Bendigo and back after work tonight, so would have to do any changes in breaks tomorrow.

Anyway, I am doing the above and will print out 3rd level Khazus (as cleric) for you.

I am going to advance him by taking the average hit points and I will put together a 2nd level spell list of appropriate spells for him. (If you wish to swap some later you can let me know - but our house rules are you get 12 spells on list).

Vitality.
I don't think this one is over-powered. I thought it was underpowered TBH :P I actually removed the word 'one' from the hit dice you can spend, so you can spend as many as you need :)

Not sure if you noticed a couple of key phrases in there: 'on a critical hit with melee weapon' AND 'having a club'. By my calculations that is about once every 80 rounds, so it is a feature that will not come up very often at all, but one of those awesome moments when it does.

I love our card system too, as these features tempt you into taking a lesser card for the suit to trigger a power :)

Bloodied Ferocity.
I'm going to look into this one a little. I think I might make the push automatic with the horns… but still want something with all melee attacks. But rolling attacks, THEN pushes all the time seems clumsy. I need to limit to once.

Took a look at the feats. Minotaur Vitality seems strong, I'll probably take that at level 4.
Bloodied Ferocity's first half also seems strong, but the second half seems to clash with Hammering Horns, the ability that Minotaurs get in Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica.

Hammering Horns: "Immediately after you hit a creature with a melee attack as part of the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action to attempt to shove that target with your horns."
Bloodied Ferocity: Whilst below half your HP total, you can shove a creature as a bonus action whenever you hit with a melee attack. If you move at least 10 feet just prior to making the attack or you have a club for your initiative card, then the shove becomes part of the Attack action."

On first read they seem to do much the same thing, aside from the shove becoming part of the Attack action instead of burning a bonus action.
Possibly you intend that Bloodied Ferocity skips the 'attempt' roll and you automatically pass the shove check? That would be cool, and I think would bring up the feat to be worth the loss of both stat increases.

Re the minotaur feats, I just wrote them so thanks for having a look and comparing to other features. I think the benefit of the feat is you can use with any weapon and yeah, no bonus action required.

Anyway, I will have a look.

Edit: I was just thinking yesterday about how 5E tends to remove a lot of options for building your character with a specific goal or orientation in mind. Your own ruleset for 5E definitely adds those options back in, it's fun to play with.

I added a couple of racial feats to the minotaur entry tonight. I noticed I had none. If you think of any other ideas, let me know and I will do more :)
