A small hamlet south of Brindol.
A small rutted track leads to Prosser. By all appearances, the hamlet is a normal, peaceful little community. Nestled between two large hills, Prosser presents itself as the stero-typical sleepy, peasant town. On the south side of the hamlet lies a small lake and a creek runs from it through the settlment.
COMMON KNOWLEDGE
Prosser was recently freed from the grips of a corrupted tax collecter named Rander. Apparently Rander had been appointed directly by Kaylee - daughter of Lord Kerden Jarmaath of Brindol.

PEOPLE OF PROSSER
Like the rest of the Vale, Humans make up the majority of the population of Prosser. Most are Nerathan (pale-skinned with light eyes and hair). Many, however show signs of the tribal Shentulka that once settled here (or remain in scattered tribes in the surrounding wilderness). The tribal folk have coppery skin tones, tall builds with straight, dark hair and dark eyes.
Halflings make up a minority population. There are a number of families here and more have moved in in recent years following the appointment of halfling mayor/hero, Shepton.
A few Dwarves live or stay in the hamlet and traders from the Hammerfist Holds are common, passing through on the way to Brindol.
There are goblins in the Lyrchwood to the west, but they are rarely a problem this far east.
ADVENTURERS
Prosser is such a quiet place, but some youths, especially halflings are inspired by Mayor Shepton's stories, may make likely adventurers.
GROUPS & ORGANISATIONS
Jarmaath Noble House
Probably the most influential noble family in the vale. The Jarmaaths are based in Brindol and the surrounding small towns, including Prosser, pledge allegiance to the family.
Lord Kerden Jarmaath looks older than his 45 years of age has been the house head for some time, but looks to be grooming his daughter, Kaylee, for this position.
