Diplomatic mission to Hammerfist Holds

So, whilst the rest of the party investigated Poppof the Wizard's place in Brindol, you and Hetgrid were asked by Rocc to visit the dwarves of Hammerfist Holds. These dwarves helped fight in the Battle of Brindol thanks to the original Watchers. There is still a close alliance.

Rocc wanted you to do three things:
1. Extend an invitation to any dwarf adventurers that may wish to join the Watchers.
2. Find out whether the dwarven jeweller, Dorshak Krane, had returned to the holds (b/c his house was boarded up in the city). You aren't 100% sure, but it sounds like Rocc may have made some agreement with his family to watch over him.
3. Find out if there is any truth to the rumours of goblinoids rallying to a new Red Hand banner in the south.

Your mission was a success, in that the dwarves welcomed you and spoke highly of Rocc.

1. They will spread word that there is work for dwarven adventurers with The Watchers. (None joined immediately).
2. Dorshak Krane is not in his home hold.
3. Goblinoids in the area were rallying, but not under a Red Hand banner. Instead, some tall, dark cloaked figure was leading them. This being they nicknamed the Necromancer appeared to be fond of tentacle spells and was guarded by two warped and pale-skinned ogres, whose limbs seemed to bend at impossible angles. The Necromancer and goblinoids were recently defeated at a small battle at Hob's Hill. The dwarven forces held a strong position and their war wizards teleported a group of adventurers onto the height of Hob's Hill to destroy the magical catapult being used by the Necromancer and the ogres. The group was successful, but the Necromancer escaped as a swirling black mist.
4. The 'activity' of goblinoids and aberrations seems to be centered around some old played-out mines. The adventurers from the above battle (referred to as 'Hob's Hereos') are going to investigate. This group could be potential Watchers.
5. Abductions of those that use arcane magic have occurred around the Holds too. Perhaps all of the above is linked?
