PEOPLE

The returned that have escaped the Underworld all seem to eventually gravitate to the Despair Lands. There are such numbers here that they even have a city with a ruler known as 'Tymaret the Murder King'. Undead and returned dominate these lands and slaughter any living souls, so no one lives in these bleak lands.
